History, without history we didn’t know about the tragedy or event at the past time. Sometimes from the history we can learn and do the reflection to be better in the future.
Studying history is also important because you will plainly see how certain concepts, ideas, and beliefs caused various events to manifest. You will learn about the power of cause and effect, action and how relationships can influence the human nature in the world. Since history is primarily about discovering the causes or triggers of particular events, you will be able to see how actions are related to one another. For instance, if a certain nation is being oppressed by their political leaders, history has taught us that this may lead to an internal revolt in that nation. Another example can be found in studying the facts surrounding World War two. If you have knowledge about what many nations into war during this period of history, then it will give you a clear understanding of what causes nations to go to war today.
Did you remember about Nagasaki and Hiroshima events in Japan ?
The memory of Nagasaki and Hiroshima is still fresh in the minds of the world and so the fear of repetition of this keeps us aware and cautious. If we had not studied all these facts written in our history books, our reservoir of knowledge would have been much less, and we would not have been so well aware of the results of certain actions.
